Designated areas where you can leave the cursor whilst watching youtube

This picture is just to explain a compulsion I have when watching things on youtube - I have to leave the mouse hovering in one of the particular zones marked, and it's not allowed to touch one of those imaginary red lines. Don't know why, that's just the way it is.
